This office will act as a secretariat, Manage and coordinate administrative activities, handle inquiries and implement marketing strategy and net working of the organization.

Huphilapex as an organization is geared towards helping contributing members and non members whenever stressful occasion occurs like illness, death or case by case emergencies. One must be a contributing member of the social welfare wing of the organization and meets the stipulated guidelines.
